Culture
Expanding the Musical Canon
New Canon Chamber Collective celebrates the richness of musical expression through performances that bring extraordinary composers, artists, and musical traditions to the forefront. Our programming explores the depth of classical music and its connections to jazz, contemporary works, and the cultural influences that have shaped American music.
Community
Connecting People Through Music
We believe music has the power to bring people together, spark meaningful conversations, and strengthen communities. Through engaging performances, educational experiences, and collaborative partnerships, New Canon creates opportunities for audiences of all ages to discover, experience, and connect through music.
Discovery
Honoring the Past. Inspiring the Future.
Great music has many stories to tell. New Canon introduces audiences to remarkable works and composers, including those whose contributions have historically received limited recognition. By bringing these musical legacies to life, we expand the concert experience and inspire a new generation of musicians and music lovers.
